What are carats?

Like the precious metal itself, our service comes in various grades so you can choose the right one to meet your needs:

22 carat - full information on companies, including activities and sizes, which can be used in Access, Excel or any CRM package

This is the most popular option and provides so much more than just names and addresses. The information includes: contact name, company name, address, telephone number*, size and activities. In addition, most records contain fax numbers*, email addresses and other information, depending on the database. The full list of fields for each database is available when you view 'options' but as an example it could include numbers of employees, installation teams, which products they deal in and, for fabricators, where they source their systems.

• This selection enables you to carry out unlimited mailings, targeted by company activities and size. Mailings can be fully personalised and access to email addresses provides a particularly low-cost and rapid means of generating enquiries.
• Most databases are available on subscription and are updated at regular intervals that reflect the degree of churn in the industry. Direct Labour Organisations and the All Ireland window data provide unlimited use for the customer against just the initial licence fee.
• * Telephone and fax numbers are checked against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS / CTPS) and Fax Preference Service (FPS) to ensure you do not risk prosecution for illegal sales and marketing activity. Find out more about TPS and FPS.

18 carat - a lower cost option giving you just postal and telephone contact details that can be used in Access, Excel or any CRM package.

Information covers contacts, companies, postal addresses and telephone numbers*, with regular updates (depending on database). Unlimited use during the licence period.
